Every project we complete comes with a 12-month warranty to correct any issues with workmanship that do not meet NAHB building standards for residential projects or IBC standards for commercial projects. Before the final payment is made, the project manager will do an in-person walk-through with you to explain important maintenance routines and also flag any areas for correction.
